It can be hard to really figure out what the best way to nourish our bodies is. For me, AIP Paleo is what makes me thrive. Plus it’s just normal food in its natural form then way it should be.
Healthy eating should be about focusing on foods that are going to support our health. It’s about making the choice to put your health first and following a diet that is filled with all the micronutrients (not just the macros).
