Super Immune Boosting Chicken Soup

My poor hubby came home really sick this afternoon so I made him this yummy soup packed full of nutrients, it’s super yummy too which is a bonus!


What you need:


3 tablespoons of coconut oil

3 cloves of garlic crushed

1 whole leek roughly chopped

500grams of minced organic chicken

150-200mls of homemade bone broth or 2 tablespoons of great lakes gelatine

1 head of celeriac peeled and chopped

½ cup of corn

1 cup of chopped carrots

1 bunch of parsley finely chopped

1 Litre of filtered water

1 teaspoon of Himalayan sea salt

1 teaspoon of cracked pepper


What you need to do:


In a large pot, sauté garlic and leek in the coconut oil.

Add chicken and stir until cooked through.

Add the remaining ingredients then bring to the boil.

Turn down the heat and simmer with a lid on for 30 min or until vegetables are soft. Stir Occasionally
