Focusing on foods that are going to support our health and wellbeing. You can start right now simply by making better food choices. I know what it feels like to feel all of these things and generally I recommend eating paleo, however if you suffer from an auto immune illness or you just to feel like the BEST version of yourself going deeper with the autoimmune protocol (AIP) version of paleo is best.

It is absolutely incredible and filled with micronutrients, it also cuts out foods that could be effecting your health.

So what does this look like?

You consume foods that are micronutrient dense including good quality meats, seafood, good fats and a abundant amount of vegetables.

There are so options to balance it all out and keep things interesting. You also eliminate all the other foods that could cause hormonal imbalances, inflammation and have negative impact on the gut then you slow reintroduce foods to work out what foods may be causing you issues.

I know this may seem overwhelming and food guidelines in the past have been filled with too many rules or have become so “simple” that they are starting to lose their scientific credibility.

I don’t want to overwhelm you with a new set of rules to follow.

But I want you to feel your absolute best and it doesn’t need to be hard.

I don’t have all day to cook difficult meals, but I keep things simple and after years of inflammation and gut issues my body and mind is at its best and I have never felt better.
