Raw Choc Orange Cashew Bliss Balls

These bliss balls are a real treat! They are such a simple snack to make and they are packed full of nutrients and yummy wholefoods!


What you need:


-200grams cashew nuts (preferably activated)

-300grams shredded coconut or coconut flakes

-100g pepitas

-14 medjool dates

-3 tsp cacao or carob if you would prefer a caffeine free snack

-1tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp of hulled tahini

-10 drops of doTerra wild orange oil


What you need to do:


  1. Blend the cashews and coconut for 1 minute in a high powered blender or food processor (I used my thermomix)
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined.bliss balls 1
  3. Roll into ballsbliss ball3
  4. Pop into the fridge to set
  5. Eat and enjoybliss ball 2

P.S These are freezer friendly

P.P.S You might find when blended the mixture may seem a bit oily however this will settle down once the bliss balls have set in the fridge.
