I’ve been using essential oils for a long time now as a tool to reduce my toxic load and for my physical, mental, and emotional health.

I often get asked what would I recommend as the best oils to get started with when first getting into essential oils, so I’m really excited to be taking you through the most common essential oils and some different ways that you can use them simply and effectively in your homes.

It’s handy to set yourself up with a variety of oils that help a broad range of things so that when different needs arise in your home you have oils you can reach for.
