Episode Eighty Two: Aligning with your purpose
During this episode, I chat to Andrea about her personal journey to working in alignment and feeling fulfilled. Andrea shares how she was creating huge success within her business but felt unfulfilled. When she became a mother she had a deeper need than ever before to have alignment and fulfilling work. She kept feeling a tug to not give up business entirely but to create something that was an even more authentic expression of herself and her passions. This resulted in a transition into mindful business coaching and doing work that felt truly aligned with her life purpose.
Andrea shares her transition journey and how to cultivate the confidence to keep going when going through a business transition. Andrea talks about how it can be a time that is filled with friction and discomfort. Because you are living on that growth edge and how it’s important to lean into that growth. To trust your own inner voice because the quicker we get through that space we can come out on the other side and start doing what is authentic to us.

How you have the answers within you and need to be open to receiving advice and trusting yourself because that’s where the magic starts to happen.

She shares how it’s our job as business owners to be actively cultivating our highest vibration and personal expression.
