Episode Sixty Three: Practice of self-mastery to live a more centered and fulfilled life
During this episode, I chat to Jo about her personal journey of discovering self-mastery and how it has created such an empowering impact on her life. Jo shares how she started off as a chef straight out of college, travelled a lot which brought her to Australia. She was able to manifest staying here in Australia and continued her career as a chef. Jo talks about when she was first introduced into the world of healing, she learnt more about the body and experienced that we are here as creative beings. That brought her here to the work that she does today working with groups to shift their consciousness to shift their reality.
Jo shares what self-mastery is and how it’s about taking responsibility for what we create. It’s not a destination or place we strive to come to as an end goal, it’s more about the process of awakening and becoming self-aware of who we are. Self-mastery is the devotion to the path of being responsible for what you are creating. We get a choice on who we want to be, how we are going to respond, react and what action we are going to take from that place. Jo talks about what lies behind self-mastery and understanding that there are laws that govern our experience. How to be aware of them and to co-create with them.
Throughout this episode, we discuss what it means to seek enlightenment and how to embrace all parts of yourself to create inner harmony. We often think that enlightenment is a state we want to get to but it’s in our breathing, in the light of source, without that you aren’t here. We talk about the moment we choose to breathe in and honour all parts of ourselves it allows us to open up to who we are and when we do that we become enlightened. It also requires us to embrace, hold those parts of ourselves that aren’t feeling aligned because we can’t come to a place of peace unless we are embracing all parts of ourselves and that’s the challenge when you start doing the work.
Jo shares what the different dimensions are and what it means to work with them. How they are different frequencies and waves of energies outside of the third dimension. Jo offers an easy to follow guide on opening up to the different dimensions and how this creates higher vibrations within yourself. Jo talks about the universal energies and the twelve governing laws and how to use them in your everyday life.
