During this episode, I chat to Steph about her journey within the health industry and how she came to work within the nutrition space. Steph shares how she went on a journey of uncovering the power of real food and how it supported her to resolve her own personal mental health issues in her late teens to early twenties. During this time, she found there was a gap and confusion in this space and because of her own personal experience she was inspired to help others. She now busts health myths, by breaking down the challenges in the nutrition space and helps others prioritise their health.
