Episode Thirty Two: Supporting your mental health

During this episode, I chat to Lou about her own mental health journey and how she tried all the traditional support but it wasn’t working for her.

Lou opens up about how her anxiety and depression spiked because she thought there was something wrong with her, she felt lost as to why nothing was helping the way it should.

Lou talks about what she learnt through trying all the things and not getting better because she was trying everyone else’s solutions. She realised that these weren’t for her and lead her down that path of self discovery.

Throughout this episode we discuss the power behind learning who you are and owning it all. How self discovery is the biggest factor to help with your anxiety and depression. Stop, get real with yourself and ask yourself what you need in that moment. When was the last time you stopped and asked yourself what you needed?
