During this episode, I chat to Paige about her journey as a teenager developing a severe eating disorder and her struggles around food. How she developed a new love for her body through intuitive eating and why she is so passionate about empowering women to love themselves and the bodies they have.
Paige talks about the pressures that society has on us to look a certain way and influences us on how women ‘should’ look. She offers powerful advice around respecting our bodies for what it needs and knowing that not every two days are going to be the same.
Paige gives us her top tips on repairing our relationship with food. Focusing on what you can fill your body with instead of focusing on what you can’t eat. Finding foods that really nourish you on a physical and mental level. Tapping into how we feel when we eat certain foods and how empowering this can be.
Throughout this episode we discuss the power behind nurturing yourself from the right place of love and being in tune with your body. Knowing what makes you feel good on a physical and mental level. Paige talks about how she nurtures herself everyday by meditating, journaling, having lots of water, using essential oils and filling her body with what she needs or feels like.

Paige is a qualified and practicing clinical naturopath and nutritionist who comes from the Sunshine Coast . Former yoga teacher and lover of all things nature, Paige is a true foodie at heart, fitness lover, nature seeker and self- confessed health nerd! She is also obsessed with tea, yes tea, all types and flavours! Paige truly believes that a holistic approach to health and wellness allows us not only to heal our bodies and mind but to thrive and live our best lives!
